PRO:- Great changer for us simple minded folks.. Frees up memory used by other memory hog changers and does a simple task.. Change on each boot up..
CON:- No setting for Sequential/Random rotation. Always random and repeats often. Runs on Vista but on 64 bit, it forgets screen size setting (i.e. center,stretch,etc.) and reverts to original picture size.
Fix these and in my book, you got a "10"

Image Scaling issues (See Comment below) is a Windows Vista Problem, not this program's problem. Has to do with the New Vista Screen Font Size Engine and DPI setting greater than 96 DPI. There is a setting that allows using Windows XP engine in the Vista screen settings that will fix the problem..

With multi-monitor setups this is unusable unless the primary monitor is set to the leftmost monitor.
Also when following the download link the setup wizard says this program is version 1.0.
Other than that this program is GREAT!
What do you think about Fun Desktop Wallpaper Changer 1.2?
